"I booked the Deluxe Penthouse Suite for my sister and I as a quick Get Well Getaway while I recover from shoulder surgery. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff were helpful, kind and accommodating. The balcony had a beautiful view of the water. We got to relax and unwind in a private, quiet setting and marathon The Pitt. We added on In Suite Massages and they were amazing! My sister and I were looking forward to using the sauna which was not working at the time of our stay, so we were slightly disappointed but we will definitely come back again and look forward to trying it on the next visit. The hotel is in a good location as far as distance to restaurants. I would strongly recommend Aqua for your next trip to the Riverhead area. We were beyond pleased! "

My only complaints, which isn’t much in the grand scheme of things, is they don’t provide cups (plastic or otherwise) in the room and for a newly refurbished property, the toilet was small, low to the ground and seemed older.
