“Enjoyable location. The property presented extremely well. All equipment was provided in the kitchen. The Ice Machine is a concern and a pool net needs to be replaced. May we suggest 2 twin beds instead of a bunk bed. Overall this a 5 star property. Great experience and would book again.”

“Das Haus war sauber, gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch Toilettenpapier und Müllbeutel waren ausreichend vorhanden. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter super. Besonders herauszuheben ist die Lage. 20 min zum Strand, alle Supermärkte in max 3-10 min erreichbar.”

“We came down to Indian Harbor Beach for a week of training camp for our Dragon Boat team . The 3 of us are members of the Empire Dragon Boat team in NYC (which is an all BC ( breast cancer ) competitive team . We really could not have wished for a better accommodation !!! Maureen was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs and requests. Check-in instructions were detailed and helpful. House instructions were just there as well . The beach was extremely close and you had access to very clean bathrooms on the beach so you did not have to walk back even though the house was close. We were also able to heat the private pool at an affordable cost which was nice since it was cold towards the end of our stay. The management company was also very responsive and answered any of our questions in a timely manner. We would definitely……

“Open floor plan and extended outdoor patio makes this place perfect for our blended family and two sets of teenagers. All had enough space to sleep comfortably and enjoy the perfectly temped pool. Great location for many different amenities in a family friendly neighborhood. We will be back to stay again!”

“The house was neat and clean, easy to access. We enjoyed everything about it with the exception of the missing river views. The listing indicating “outdoor dining” with river views was deceptive and was a big reason we chose the house. Our family enjoys dropping a kayak in the river in the evening, sitting out and watching the kids paddle around and despite requesting information about the suitability for this, there was no confirmation or denial that it would work. It turns out, you can’t see……
