My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and the overall experience was exceptional. We got on an early morning flight and we were already exhausted by the time we got to the hotel. They catered to us and let us check in earlier to rest and refresh. And they gave an amenity for the occassion we were celebrating. The room was pretty clean and the amenities are great. The hotel is on a great location. Close to everything!

The hotel is so near the Sky Bus Terminal, it was lovely to be able to just walk there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast staff and food was great.

Nothing like hot bacon in the morning
Hotel is next to the southern cross station, it’s ideal for walking to marvel stadium. It’s a nice clean and quiet hotel. We stayed for two nights. The breakfast on the first morning was nice and hot, on the Sunday, it was cold and not very pleasant. The coffee machine is self service, but terrible to use! I gave up in the end and a helpful waitress helped me out! On the whole we enjoyed our stay

A couple of things that could be improved; the towels and linen felt old and the room doors are not soft closing meaning they slam hard making quite the noise. On the plus side; excellent coffee, great staff and the chocolate hour is always a nice bonus.
