"Great place the only complaint is about the front desk . One of the girls there was very un respectful to help to call a taxi, very rude, like she is stress work there. I was there with my whole family 16 people…and really that is I gave you 3 start in customer service only. For the other side everybody was nice ! "

"If you plant to trip Venezia, it is good option to stay in Mestre. This hotel located near to station, supermarket and restaurants. Hotel seems newly builted, room condition is very nice It also has parking lot too. If I visit Venezia later, I will consider this hotel for accomodation in my 1st option. Thanks"

"The hotel was a great way to visit Venice, staying outside the city centre and keeping the prices down. The hotel was clean, efficient, helpful staff, good choices for breakfast and a nice garden area where we had a G&T when we were ready to go out in the evening or when we returned. There is a bus stop literally just across the road from the hotel which was easy to then get the bus into the city centre. I would stay here again."

"Great hotel next to train station, convenient to get to Venice center. Great food options around hotel. Great service from hotel staff, special shout out for lobby bar service. Spacious room, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Carpets seem dated but otherwise excellent choice."
