"The room was clean and the staff were great. The only issue was the bathroom, which had a smell so terrible that we could barely use it. It was difficult to take a shower with the sewer smell coming from the pipes. It did help eventually when we ran some water, but it was the stinkiest room I've ever stayed in. The rest was great. "We had the corner junior suite with a jaccuzi bathtub in the room. They provided the bubble bath, Prosecco, robes, and amenities! Bed was so comfortable, I took a 4-hour nap as soon as we arrived. Palazzo Veneziano was a lovely stay, and their breakfast which was included was delicious, satisfying, and amazing, especially their cappuccinos and lattes! They arranged our transfers to and from the airport. Stefano, or driver, was most gracious and helpful in giving us local tips, good eats, and must-see places to visit, all of which we did! The Palazzo staff were very accommodating, helpful, and friendly making sure our stay was memorable! And the bar mixologist was also excellent! You will have fun with them! "
