“Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war äußerst freundlich. Die Reinigungskraft war freundlich hat uns aber leider nicht verstanden. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und ausgewogen. Ein Mülleimer im Zimmer hat uns gefehlt. Zudem hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Außenblick zum Innenhof, der war ganz schön. Allerdings war es an beiden Abenden bis in die Nacht hinhein durch laute Gespräche sehr laut. ”

“I was surprised to learn there was no office reception and check in was handled online to obtain door codes. Via phone this was resolved by a very good customer service person who walked me through the process. I stayed for two days. There was no housekeeping offered. I used up all the free coffee.
