Located in a peaceful, residential neighborhood in Mill Valley, this apartment has a private entrance, and views of the Marin Headlands.

It is 15 minutes to San Francisco, 10 minutes to Muir Woods and Muir Beach, 25 minutes to Stinson Beach, and is at the base of Mt. Tamalpais, which offers hiking, running, mountain biking, and road biking options. It is a 10 minute drive to Sausalito, and less than 1 hour to Wine Country.

This apartment, which is on the lower floor of a house, has been fully renovated and offers a deck for al fresco dining.

This apartment accommodates 4 people maximum, including small children. Please do not book this apartment if you have more than 4 people in your party.

This is a quiet neighborhood with full-time residents who work and go to school. We have strict quiet hours of 10pm - 8am. If you do not observe this rule, it may result in full forfeiture of your deposit. Good relations with our neighbors allows us to operate this rental, so we very much appreciate your cooperation and understanding!

We are a family of three who live above the apartment. Anticipate occasional noise from normal foot traffic overhead and our two cats scampering about (cats have no access to the apartment or deck in front of the apartment).
