Friendly and helpful reception staff, which is 24hr. No tea/coffee facilities in room, but if you ask when checking in they can provide you with a kettle and mugs, although there is a hot drinks vending machine in reception. Ideally located in Old Town, opposite the beach."

"A nice hotel very clean near lots of fast food places, 20 mins walk to the beach that has a few bars and places to eat. 10min taxi ride (10/15e) or 1 hour walk into Benidorm. Bus is 2.5e to town. Small clean tidy rooms with powerful shower. Massive supermarket next door. Free coffees. The staff are lovely. I would deffo return. Ideal for a 2/3 day stay. "
