"We had a great stay in Twin Lakes. The Cosy Getaway by the Lake was perfect for us. With two private bedrooms up stairs and a sitting room and bedroom downstairs everyone had their own space. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and located in a quiet neighborhood that we could walk in every morning. The house was charming, clean and well taken care of. "

A large deck overlooking the lake, with a second smaller patio right above the doc under a magnificent sheltering tree. The dock had a stairway into the water for easy access to the lake for older guests. This part of the lake is noted for its clear, algae-free water with soft sand. "

"If you’re looking for a great getaway on the water on the most perfect lake in southern WI, you need to book at this adorable cottage. The rental property is beautifully remodeled and super comfy. The walk on pier offers quick access to the lake for fishing and also the complimentary kayaks and paddle boards. This is the perfect location to walk to everything nearby including the restaurant and bar next door. The property owner was excellent and attentive with his communication, and he went out his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. What a blessing! We will be back again. "

"I reserved the house because I needed to produce a video on “safety at home”. The house was extremely clean. I had multiple communications with John, the house manager, and he was always quick to respond. The bed was clean and comfortable. The home is very tastefully decorated. The people in the neighborhood are very friendly. There are a few places in town to go out to eat."

"This property is in a cute neighborhood on Lake Elizabeth with a private beach a short walk down the block. The host was very attentive, even giving us a short boat tour of Lake Elizabeth!The only negative is that the home was not as clean as I would have liked, and there are a few maintenance items that need to be addressed. I texted these to the owner after our stay and he indicated he would take care of them. "

"Overall the house was amazing, right on the water! Was a relaxing getaway weekend by the lake with family and friends. Only ran into a few issues while we were there:- When we arrived all the doors were unlocked and we were at the house the entire time until Saturday night when we were out in Lake Geneva. Unfortunately it was the middle of the night when we realized the passcode for the door didn’t work and were locked out for a bit.- The pier does not have a ladder and there is lots of tall seaweed so you’ll have to swim out quite a bit to clear it.Other than that, Mario was very responsive and the house was great!"

"We booked the house for 12 adults and 2 children for four nights. Communication was perfect with Jeff and he gave us good advice on where to rent the pontoon and where to have some delicious meals. Check out the restaurant next to the boat rental. Fresh fish was the nights special for dinner. Twin lakes boat rental dropped off and delivered the pontoon right at the edge of the water. Same with the return. We all caught plenty of fish. All of us had a bed to sleep in and plenty of space with each other. The family room is big and spaciousness and the back yard is incredibly large to play some games in or to just sit out by the water. I have read the reviews about spider webs outside and yes there are spider webs but they seem like the kind to return if you brush them right off, which is what we did. The basement is colder than the first floor but that is exactly how my house is too in the summer time. Jeff was kind enough to let us check in early and that was a real gift. My grown kids live all over the place and it was nice that they didn't have to deal with rush hour to get to the house since Jeff let us in earlier. We arrived, loaded the refrigerator and went back out to have fun. l'll add that if you have a toddler bring your own high chair or booster seat and a gate to prevent them from going into the basement. I would rent again from Jeff. We were comfortable, plenty of parking in the circular driveway and his kindness really mattered. Thanks Jeff."

"This vrbo left us all speechless. I had 10 girls (11 including myself) come into town to celebrate my bachelorette. Everything was so clean, gorgeous and it was perfect relaxing weekend. We all talked about how we would want to come back and make an annual trip here because it was so cute. Pickleball court was an awesome perk as we had a tournament during the day with all the girls. We did travel here in the summer when the temps reached 95 and so sleeping on the 3rd floor was a little hot at night. My brother in law drove in to bring us box fans so some girls could be okay sleeping. But that’s just Wisconsin summers. Loved this place! "

"Everything is brand new and beautiful! The only tricky part was getting into the house....I knew to use the side door, but in the dark we didn't realize there is a door on both sides of the house, so we kept trying the code on the lockbox at the garage door....maybe in the instructions describe where the door is and do NOT use the obvious lock box... "
