“The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only minor issue was that there wasn’t any extra toilet paper, but it was easy to get another roll from the front desk. There was plenty of parking, and the indoor pool was a huge plus since we stayed during a few very rainy days. The outdoor pool was also spacious and looked great. The location couldn’t have been better—it’s within walking distance of the beach, shops, and lots of restaurants. Overall, we had a great stay and will……

“The lake view was the only nice thing. Room had nothin. A bed and small table with chair. No phone to contact office, no fan, no TV, no refrigerator, no internet / WiFi, no in-room bathroom, no sink, no mirror, a detached head board, two flat pillows looked already used.”

“We got to hotel at 3:05 pm and had to wait for some to show up (a sign was up stating "out for 15 minutes".)a reception person came at 3:30pm. A kinda weird start. I left a tee shirt in the top drawer of a dresser and when I called back 5 hours after checking out they said they would look but they stated no one found a tee shirt. This seems strange since no one would want the shirt, so I suspect they did not really look for it. My bad for leaving it, just sad to lose a tee shirt which was a……
