“We stayed in June of 2025 and had a fantastic experience! The house is immaculate and well cared for inside and out! Excellent location between many trailheads and all of the activities within Breckenridge! We have recommended this place to many families considering a trip to the area and we would absolutely stay again! “My family of 6 adults and 2 dogs had an amazing week at the cabin. It was perfect for our needs. We had 4 young adults and us. 2 of the young adults enjoyed the spacious loft and the other 4 of us enjoyed the 2 bedrooms on the first level. We played games at the kitchen table, cooked in the kitchen and on the grill and had everything we needed. “This property is in a great location. Mountain view’s from two sides. 10-34 miles from Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail. Owners have fully equipped this home with many extras and it was well labeled as to where things are and how things are controlled. “My family really enjoyed the time at Bear’s Den. The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked to the hilt (pots/pans/plates/bowls/cooking utensils/spices/etc). Communication with the host was very helpful and easy. Check in/Check out procedures were very simple and concise.Would definitely recommend this property - especially if you are heading to Ski Cooper.”
