We were only in South Bend for one day, but the house was very clean, and location was very convenient with a grocery store and a strip mall with numerous restaurants just a block away. Though we drove to Notre Dame, it really is very close and you could walk there, nice neighborhood as well, very peaceful. Great job on the furnishing and the decorations!"

Our son’s college was 24 minutes from the house and it worked out perfect for him to come visit and us enjoy Family Weekend at the school to watch him play baseball! "This is a very comfortable property. Home is well furnished with all the most up-to-date appliances. The large backyard has all you need to enjoy it--fire pit, pizza oven, grill. And a wonderful pergola where I could have spent the entire day. Had fun exploring the house and discovering all it had to offer. Would definitely come again!"
