  • We invite you to stay at our condo: this modern 3 bedroom 2 bath unit has modern furnishings and appliances.

    When you walk into the unit you will find an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen around the corner, down the hall will lead you to a complete laundry room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom across from the bedrooms, next you will find the Master bedroom with a king bed and connecting bathroom and huge walk in closet.

    This top (3rd) floor unit is very quiet with beautiful landscaping and plenty of parking with easy access to everything in Moab.

    Spend your days out enjoying the multitude of activities and your evenings relaxing on the balcony looking at the majestic Moab red landscape to the Northwest.

    If you have a large group combine this unit with our unit next door to accommodate up to 19. So NOTE YOU MUST RENT BOTH UNITS SEPERATLY TO ACCOMMODATE UP TO 19.

I would highly recommend this place. We were looking for places to stay in the area and this was larger and more affordable than the other options we found. The place is clean, roomy, and comfortable. It was exactly as advertised and we had no issues. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area.

Condo was approximately 10 minutes south of "main street" Moab and was the perfect location. Traveling with a family of 5 and had plenty of room. Fully stocked kitchen. Easy access to the pool. It is on the 3rd floor which wasn't a problem for us but may be for someone with mobility issues. Would 100% stay again.

Good communication with host. Very nice and new apartment. Not right in town but a very quick trip to the downtown restaurants etc. and to the national parks. Highly recommended.
