Ideal location for Modena station. Very modern and fresh inside. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nice beer too! Rooms are clean, double bed was 2 singles pushed together.

We spent one night here on our way to Venice. This was a perfect place to stop and spend the day at the Ferrari museums. Close to the station and breakfast was included. An ideal option for our family of five(in two rooms). Very friendly and helpful staff. Good coffee too.

Interesting concept. Staff was great, location super close to station. Expedia map was worn and sent us behind the Aldi in a challenging neighborhood. There is an amazing new supermarket next door. Good value

This was the best find!!! Right outside city so you can have a car-but easy access to old city and many amenities nearby. The hotel itself-I cannot say enough. It is half college and half hotel. The amenities are incredible: incredible gym-not a typical hotel gym, game room, pool table, study room and laundry room. Breakfast was pretty good too. Will definitely come back!!!!

I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated during the summer. The stay seemed to be a great value. My only suggestion would be to add sheer curtains so guests can have natural light during the day while still maintaining privacy. Other than that, everything was excellent. I wish there were more hotels like this during my travels in Italy, and I would happily recommend it to others.

Outside; brand new soulless block on the outskirts of town (but very close to the railway station) surrounded by its own construction wasteland. Inside; very well appointed, large bright rooms with coffee, fridge, water, good a/c. Good breakfast spread, included in room rate.

Inconvenient location, 30 mins walk from center with poor transport connections. Aircon locked at 24⁰C, so room way too hot. Sensor on ceiling in room has a flashing LED which is really frustrating when trying to sleep. Hotel bar was closed to hotel guests because a private event was taking place. Coffee at breakfast was cold. Sockets in room do not work unless your key card is inserted, so you cannot change electronic devices unless you are in the room. Staff unhelpful and unwilling. And I got multiple insect bites from the bed. A truly terrible experience!
