“First time staying here. Booked a last minute stay for 1 night with my husband and son. Communication through email was great, no complaints! Easy to get too and access the property. Inside was clean and cosy. Everything you needed in the bathroom. Kitchen was good, note there isn't an oven which caught us out (we didnt think to check). Enough plates/cutlery/mugs/glasses/pans. Very nice touch with the log fire and fairy lights on the ceiling. Sofa bed was comfy and lovely to cwtch on to watch……

“The Premier is a short walk from the train station. The room was big enough, comfortable big bed, coffee machine and kettle. We had the breakfast buffet each morning and it was a good way to start the day. “The room was brilliant. Everything we needed was there. The staff member on reception was extremely helpful from the start and whenever we needed anything from the bar it was never too much trouble for her to leave what she was doing to serve us. The young lady on reception told us that we would not be disappointed with the breakfast the following morning and we were definitely not disappointed. This was a leisure break but I have to travel with work regularly and so have experienced many hotels……

If I had to find fault all I could say would be that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak The food was really great, good buffet breakfast with freshly ground coffee. The evening meal was delicious, good choice for vegitarians. A walk to the ruined Bishops Palace next door was a great. Amazing riuns lota of the old building to explore. The Hotel is set waway from main roads etc and was very peacfull and quiet. ”
