“The hotel staff were all very friendly and polite. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. My granddaughters enjoyed the pool and spa area. There was a mishap with a pipe leak and I woke up to water dripping from the ceiling. The staff quickly came in and assessed the situation and had us moved to a new room immediately. Things happen and I was very impressed at how well things were handled. It was a little bump and did not effect or time in Billings. It is so nice to stay……
