Dropped our luggage off at 10am, had passports copied and we thought check in was complete ahead of coming back at official 3pm check in time.
When we arrived again at 4pm we were directed to self check in machines in a huge queue and told we needed to check in again. At the machine, scanned passport but it couldnt find my booking, tried entering my details, still couldnt find the booking so was redirected to the counter. Eventually after a 10 min wait i was manually checked in.
It would be better if the many staff monitlting the queue actuallu did the check in.
Room was clean, but so tiny. No room with baggage in the room despite storinh bags under the bed. Okay for 1 night for 1 person maybe but not for couples. Bed up against a wall so exit only on one side.
