"J'ai passé trois nuits au Blue Pearl et je m'y suis senti comme chez moi. Le personnel, essentiellement des bénévoles étrangers de passage, était très serviable et les yourtes/ger avaient des lits confortables, étaient bien isolées contre la pluie. Best Western Premier Tuushin Hotel

Best Western Premier Tuushin Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"I had 2 brief stays in the hotel. The room was spotless on the first occasion, but after a 3 day tour I came back and stayed in another room. This time the floor hadn't been vacuumed. There was litter, toenails and a toothpick on the floor and long hairs on the bathroom floor. However, a manager arrived within 10 minutes of me complaining and the room was cleaned. The room was spacious and comfortable with good air-conditioning and a kettle. Excellent views over the city and a really central location. Good quality breakfast although the meal I had in the restaurant was poor quality but the staff were very attentive. It was yet another hotel with a glass window between bathroom and bedroom, but at least it had a blind that could be lowered for privacy. The shower was over the bath and it was high to step in and out of, which could be a problem for shorter/less able bodied people. I would definitely stay there again if I went back to Ulaanbaatar."
