The room was clean. There were some minor issues like cracked bathtub caulking and dirty floor grout but overall ok. There were only 2 towels in the room (2 queens + 1 king and we had six people). We never passed an available staff member (they were already helping someone) or the desk was empty. Breakfast was ok, but many items like fruit (there were a few oranges but otherwise empty), yogurt, and another display were empty. A woman took multiple plates of food and exited out the back of the hotel lobby/eating area. It seemed odd given this was not adjacent to the parking lot and I wonder if it was theft. We appreciated the 24/7 coffee in the lobby. We would stay again, but plan to bring in fruit to have something fresh with breakfast too.

There are a lot of changes needed here. Great staff, beds are always comfortable, breakfast was good, but some of the furniture is well past its due date. Stained and filthy dining area furniture, room blinds were broken, and lounge chair in our room was filthy.

The staff was very polite, courteous and respectful. Kudos to Erica and Ty! The room was very spacious and clean with wonderful products. Breakfast was delicious and filling. I unfortunately didn't get a chance to use to pool or gym, but I'm certain it was amazing!
