"We enjoyed our weekend stay at MJ's Penthouse. This was our first visit to Monroe, and we were very impressed with our accommodations and the town. The penthouse is very spacious, clean, and has wonderful amenities. Myron was a super host. I look forward to returning again in the future and exploring more of Monroe and the surrounding area."

"It was clean, staff very friendly the room was decent even had a sofa, fridge and microwave. . Don’t count on it for breakfast… McDonald's is next door and so is a Piggly Wiggly. There were some long term residents milling outside but very nice, even offered to help with my bag when I was struggling."

Wisconsin Farmhouse Stay: UTV, Boat, Snowmobile!

"Lovely Wisconsin farm home set in the rolling hills of Monroe, WI, Updates and interior improvements make all the rooms especially welcoming and totally comfortable. While the farm itself has been "retired", the property shined to my wife and our guests when we walked about well tended outdoor walking paths. Home furnishings are first class. The complete kitchen encouraged family gatherings whether for dining or games. We all enjoyed the abundance of towels, silverware, cooking and dining settings for our cooking projects. We brought our bikes for this summertime VRBO visit, and we enjoyed riding the nearby Badger Trail and Sugar River Trails. Both trailheads are easily accessible by car using Wisconsin DNR trail maps. And, the City of Monroe and Green County, WI are visitor friendly/family friendly in every respect. Of all the VRBO properties we've visited over the years, the Wisconsin Farmhouse Stay is the best for accuracy of property information, owner/guest rapport, comfort, and overall value."
