"Pros: Our stay was very good. Our room was clean. Breakfast is a good addition. The staff was friendly and courteous. Cons: There was a stale, acrid odor in the hallway on the third floor. Most hotels offer coffee 24 hours/day and we were disappointed coffee was not available in the lobby. The breakfast area was extremely cold and it was uncomfortable to eat in that area."

"Nemacolin was excellent. Fawn and fable was disappointing for breakfast. We showed up and were made to wait 20 minutes for a table. There were only 3 other guests in the restaurant. Very odd. Long wait for food as well. Also at the restaurant at FallongRock, there was a really long wait for food to come out. Additionally, you need to have coffee readily available in the morning in the lobby. The wait at patisserie was very long each morning. "

"Front desk guy nice, friendly and upbeat. He needed some help at check in and check out. He was slammed with people and people had to wait. He was super fast and efficient but give him some help. Rooms could use some minor updates - curtains, furniture and shower walls/caulk. "
