“La habitación sin ventilación, sin AC, con vista a los extractores de la cocina así que era muy caliente se le hizo la observación al recepcionista y la solución fue darnos ventiladores y nunca los llevaron. La extracción de humedad del baño no funcionaba y nunca fue mantenimiento a revisarla. En el restaurante teníamos que pararnos a caja a ordenar en una ocasión hasta sin cubiertos nos dieron la comida y ni platos esperamos y nada, los meseros mal coordinados.
