“I reserved a room online and the on duty stuff already had my info pulled up. Very easy check in, very good price for a 1 night stay, all staff were very friendly, and the room to myself was excellent, really clean room, linens smells fresh and everything worked as it should, bed was comfy. If I'm traveling through that area in the future, i will return to spend the night. Great job.”

“the first night was great and i paid online the second night to get my points on the app and i thought it would be cheaper and then the guy told me that i reserved the wrong room so i asked if i could just pay the difference thinking it would be less than $10, but the guy charged me $54 something abt an early check in, like what? i was alr there, why would i need to check in??? but being that it was my mistake thinking that these hotels were happy abt participating in these hotel apps, they get……
