Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, and air conditioning. The holiday home also features a gazebo and a garden in the pool area, ideal for relaxing in the evening. This property features a fully equipped shared outdoor space with a fenced pool (open from 8 am to 8 pm, from early May to the end of September), a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue, a playground, and an outdoor shower. The farmhouse is situated 3 km from the exit of the Firenze-Mare motorway (Autostrada A11), which connects Florence to Pisa and other cities such as Lucca and Siena.
