Why not cook your morning coffee in the beautifully designed kitchenette and drink it on your small terrace in the sun? Plan your activities and excursions for the day. After an impressive hike, you can wash off the dust in the stylish bathroom.



Put on your hiking boots and set off on your hike directly from the holiday home. Hiking trails start just a few metres away and you can enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of the green landscape. Look out over the surrounding hills and mountains and choose your next hiking destination.



Also plan a trip to San Marino. Probably the oldest existing republic in the world, it is around 40 minutes' drive away and is completely surrounded by Italy. Climb the ascending streets of San Marino's capital and discover the historic centre, which was built on the rocky ridge of Monte Titano. The location and views of the surrounding countryside are spectacular. Enjoy the view!



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per stay. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.
