Luxury Fully Staffed 5 Bedroom Ocean View Villa with Infinity Pool

Welcome to Springville! Your home away from home. Springville is a fully-staffed luxury villa situated in Montego Bay, just 20 minutes from the airport.

Set on 3.5 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, this 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the Caribbean. The villa features plenty of outdoor living space- unwind on the veranda where you can take in sweeping sea views and an infinity pool.

Our 5 person staff will tend to your every need:

Your bed and bath will be serviced each day by the housekeeper.

The pool and grounds will be tended to by the Gardeners.

The Butler will serve you all drinks, snacks and meals.

Springville is staffed with a full time chef to cook all meals. There is no additional cost for the staff. If the Rental Party decides to pre-stock the villa with food and groceries, they will reimburse the Chef or the Villa Manager in cash on the day after arrival. This will also include $30 to reimburse the Chef for transportation to and from the store.
The Rental Party understands that they are responsible for purchasing (or reimbursing the Chef if the Chef is sent to purchase) any food/drink/groceries for meals at the villa. The Rental Party should budget about $50 per day per adult (for 3 meals) if they plan on having their meals at the villa.

Additional Guest Fee: There is an additional fee of $150 per person per night for reservations above 6 people due to the cost of consumption and running the villa.

For some of us, this was our second time staying at the villa. We loved it some much we brought a bigger group on this trip. In a group of ten we all felt comfortable, with many nooks along the property, there’s plenty of space for alone time and group activities. Most used were the beautiful infinity pool and patio area. Ginger, Sheldon and Felecia made sure we had everything we needed and treated us with so much care during our stay. Each meal was fantastic and topic of conversation, thank you to the amazing Chef, Vincent. All & all the cleanliness, property amenities and ease of travel were impeccable making our stay relaxing and memorable. We will be back again next year!

The best birthday experience ever!
If you’re looking for a place to experience the best of what Jamaica has to offer, look no further. Springville villa — a tastefully designed colonial style modernized home with Jamaican touches, is one of the Caribbean’s best kept secrets. Communication with Joseph the property manager about specific needs regarding my 50th birthday celebration with friends was a breeze. On arrival, Ginger the Butler and housekeeper — a professional yet kind and diligent man, ensured that our stay was perfect. Vincent the chef, gave us a taste of Jamaicas delicacies, including sugarcane and loads of mangoes! And with Felicia’s thorough cleaning, you will feel pampered and well taken care of. I can’t thank Alwayne the driver enough for his warm hospitality and knowledge of the whole Montego Bay region, or the gardener Sheldon, who keeps the grounds meticulous, and knows how to put a donut in the pool just at the right moment. We also asked for the services of two massage therapists — (those ladies sure know how to loosens those tight knots!) and a local photographer to capture a special dinner moment. Thank you for sharing this beautiful experience with us and for making my 50th at this exquisite gem of a home spectacular. We are sure to return!

Our recent trip was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Travelling with a party of five females, we were keen on finding a destination that could accommodate our group seamlessly. Upon our arrival at the property, we were greeted by an amazing crew who turned out to be the perfect hosts throughout our stay. A person couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Jamaica. The home is incredibly clean thanks to Felicia. The food prepared on site was absolutely delicious. Vincent and Ginger make a wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner. We made a plan on meals early in our week and those fellas took it from there. Alwayne drove my family on a daily adventure. He gave us ideas of where to go and he was always with us. The home’s grounds are beautiful and safe. This is a must see location!

The Perfect Getaway
This trip was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We came with two families, including four young kids. The host was great about upfront planning and communication to make all logistics a breeze. Once we arrived on property, the amazing crew were the perfect hosts. Ginger, Vincent, Sheldon, Felecia, Alwayne and others were amazing to both the parents and the kids! They made us all feel very welcome and comfortable, making sure our every need was met. This was a trip of a lifetime. I traveled with friends and family for a couples trip to celebrate the new year and relax. This was the perfect property to do just that. The scenery is gorgeous, house is clean and comfortable, and all of the amenities helped to make our stay perfect. We spent most of our days outside taking advantage of the pool and plentiful outdoor living. What really made our trip was the team/staff that work at the property. They took care of us, were professional and kind, and truly amazing people. And the food was delicious! We opted for mostly traditional Jamaican and I am so glad we did. Joe, the host was responsive, friendly and helpful, including connecting us with massage therapists who came to the house and were amazing. I definitely want to make this an annual trip. Thank you for a joyful experience!

What a perfect place to celebrate my 50th birthday!! Springville is an absolute gem! The property is a beautiful oasis, so much so, that you don’t have to leave!However, the Crown Jewel of this property is the staff! Ginger was so personable, thoughtful, and kind. He made sure our needs and requests were met. Vincent prepared delicious meals every day that rival any 5 star restaurant!On my birthday, the space was decorated with balloons and a “happy birthday” banner! We were a party of 5, and we each had our own GORGEOUS bedroom/bathroom. There is not a bad room in this property, so no need to argue over who gets then”best” room! Our party was so impressed with Springville, and we’ve decided to make it a yearly destination. 10 stars!!! AMAZING!!

Amazing Experience
Ginger and Vincent was the most amazing host I have ever worked with. The villa was beyond exceptional and everything was just gorgeous. The view was impeccable and I honestly wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. Everything was clean, nice, and safe and also the maid make sure she kept our area clean at all times. Springville is beautiful the photos and property match the photos and listing. We enjoyed our stay Ginger was super sweet and was able to accommodate our every need. I give this place a 4/5 due to the fact that we did not know the ground keeper was staying on the property with us. Besides that, we love everything !

We had such a great stay at Springville for a photography retreat. The grounds were beautiful and the view was incredible. All the staff, especially Ginger, were fantastic. The property is a dream, the house is incredible, and the Springville family is so warm and welcoming. Our group was four girlfriends celebrating our 40th birthdays. Our birthday theme was getting ourselves taken care of: mission accomplished. The food. Oh my goodness the food. After our first meal we decided we didn’t want to eat anywhere besides home. We wanted to not have to make any choices, Vincent and Ginger prepared and served us surprise meals and everything was incredible. The brown chicken stew, lobster, ackee and salt fish… warm cookies. I cannot pick a favorite. The rooms have total privacy and the beds are very comfortable. All of the bedrooms and living spaces are incredibly designed with comfortable and substantial furniture. The entire experience was a luxury. We relaxed, worked out, ate, drank, ate more, and lounged. We left planning our return trip. Joe was a text away with answers to all of our questions. He was more on top of our flight info than we were. Thank you to all the staff that made our birthdays so very special. We felt the love. Thank you Ginger for the birthday decorations!!!

Beyond my expectations!
The owner Joe was easy to deal with and responded to all questions immediately. We went with my 92 year old who suffered a very bad stroke exactly one year ago. After her long recovery, we all needed a vacation. Springville was exactly what we all needed. The place is immaculate. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. They are all like master suites. There was 1 BR on the first floor which was perfect for my mom and there are 3 BR's on the second floor. One nicer than the next. All have their own bathrooms and great closet space. The service was impeccable. Ginger (butler/chef), Vincent(chef), Felicia(housekeeping) and Sheldon(security/landscaping) were always smiling and aimed to please. We felt at home yet we were treated like royalty. Spoiled and pampered. The food was DELICIOUS. They all were so accommodating since my mom still has trouble swallowing with her meals. I just can't say enough. We all had such a relaxing time. I would recommend this villa to anyone. Bring your workout clothes. The gym is well equipped and you'll need after Vincent's cooking. Trevor handled the airport transfers and was on time and very personable. I couldn't have asked for a nicer time in a beautiful and comfortable setting.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and welcomed with 5 star services! The entire staff was exceptional and took extra measures to make sure all of the guests felt like royalty. The experience from top to bottom was beyond enjoyable. The Villa was breathtaking in person. We went to celebrate my 60th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it special ; they set up balloons around the house, hung up banners and even got cake! Ginger made us feel as if we were family and that we belonged there; whilst ensuring we could have every possible thing we needed. Vincent’s cooking never failed to amaze us, he can do so much with just one meal. Sheldon and Vern made us feel secure, we were able to sleep in peace and enjoy the whole property knowing we were safe. Felicia consistently ensured the Villa was fresh and clean. We didn’t want to leave. We most definitely will be returning.

Great place for my bachelorette celebration
Where should I start? The pictures of the villa do not do this place justice! We really enjoyed our stay. The house staff was fantastic. The food was delicious. The driver was so nice and always willing to take us places, no matter how late. Any issue we had Ginger was there to help get it resolved. I would say that the one main things that bothered everyone was the bugs near the dining area. Even though the staff tried their hardest to keep them away from our food, not much could be done to prevent it. But again, the dining area is semi outside, so I guess it comes with the territory. Aside from that, I would 100% recommend this place to others.
