"The rooms are very nice and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. However, some of the sofas and garden furniture had stains, so a little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance would improve the overall experience.
The main buffet restaurant offers a good selection of food and plenty of choice. There is also a small restaurant serving burgers and hot dogs, which was reasonable, and a coffee shop offering coffee and light snacks, which was also nice.
Unfortunately, the other restaurants were disappointing. Although the hotel advertises nine restaurants, only two additional restaurants were open on any given day during our stay, which was frustrating given the variety promised. We also found the food in these restaurants to be poor and not up to the standard we expected.
Overall, the hotel has some positives, particularly the spacious rooms, the variety at the main buffet, and the casual food and coffee options. However, the limited availability and quality of the other restaurants let the experience down. With better restaurant food, more consistent opening times, and a little more attention to maintenance, the hotel could offer a much better overall experience."
