“Great staff, food, entertainment and rooms. Housekeeping and guest services were hit or miss at times but since it’s a new resort I can let that slide. Definitely would go back.”

“As always our return is predictable. Clean rooms and the staff is outstanding. Restaurant menu could use a change every so often. If you're a steady returning guest the menu gets tiring at times, chef specialties would spice up the menu.”

“Been to this hotel several times over the last 10yrs. It’s consistent. Nice staff especially Georgia in the kitchen and Tina at the bar. In general same staff most whom have been there over 20yrs. There breakfast and dinners are where they shine. The lunches are lacking. Quiet and calm hotel with some of the best cliff water swimming in Negril.”

“The most relaxing resort stay I ever had in the Caribbean. No noise. Jungle setting was unique. Rooms (bungalow) was awesome experience. Staff was not in your face all the time and was there only when you wanted or needed them. Swim up bar was just the right size and setting for us. Kudos. I try all kinds of resorts but I may even be back here sooner rather than later.”

“Everything is great, but make sure to find out if the room has glass windows or just screens with wood shutters first. Especially if you prefer A/C. Yes, you can shut the shutters and runny AC unit and it does cool down pretty well. However, you have to keep all the shutters closed, which means your view is blocked.”
