From the moment we stepped through the doors, the front desk staff made us feel incredibly welcome, their warm greetings and accommodating nature setting a fantastic tone for our stay. Our room? Immaculate! And the view from our balcony was simply breathtaking, a postcard-perfect panorama of the island's natural beauty. The vibrant energy of the bar staff near the entrance was infectious – always ready with a smile and a friendly chat. However, a slight dip in the otherwise stellar service occurred with the bar staff by the restaurant where breakfast was served. It felt a bit disheartening when they'd engross themselves in their own conversations, leaving us waiting a little longer than expected. On a brighter note, the security team patrolling the beach were absolute legends, super cool and always ensuring our peace of mind. And the breakfast servers? Genuinely friendly and attentive, adding a lovely start to our mornings. We were also promised a meeting with a resort representative to discuss our stay and receive a $100 credit, a perk we were looking forward to. Unfortunately, this meeting never materialized, and to our surprise, there was no follow-up or apology offered.
