“The apartment itself was perfectly clean on arrival, but the sofa and other upholstered chairs were incredibly stained and unsightly. After several days passed without the room being cleaned—despite putting the sign on the door—we had to go and speak to someone. On our last evening, when we returned after a long day out, we found that they had simply removed the bedding from the extra bed.
