“The property is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos, but there were several issues during our stay.On the first day, there was no hot water at all. On the second day, the water pressure was extremely low—just a trickle from the shower head—which made it very difficult to rinse off soap. “Stay away from this host. They are unethical and completely unreliable. We received a call 24 hours before check in to let us know they were double booked. We had received a confirmation when we booked and several communications from them even a few days before the stay. Then suddenly when we were preparing to travel to Moorea we learned they were accepting a reservation that came in after ours. I would not book at any of their properties unless you want to risk having to scramble at the last……
