Terrible experience, completely disappointed. The hotel is in an excellent location, but the facilities are extremely run-down, dirty, and outdated. The rooms leave a lot to be desired, and the state of the bathrooms is unacceptable. The situation was so unpleasant that my wife and I went out to look for another hotel in the area to move to, fully prepared to lose the money from our reservation. Unfortunately, everything was fully booked, so we had no choice but to spend the night here. We do not recommend it at all.

This is a budget hotel with a convenient location. Rooms are ok and beds were comfortable. We just needed a place to spend the night near 101 and this hotel did the job. The rooms were clean. Free parking. Simple breakfast, toasts, waffles, orange juice, coffee, tea, milk, cereal and bananas.

Front desk was not nice at all. I requested 2 towels because we were 4 guests and the room had two towels. Front desk employee refused to provide the towels and asked me to wait until next day so I can tell the cleaning lady. My 6 year old daughter was excited to use the pool. Pool was dirty and cold. Jacuzzi was cold too. Front desk refused to help. Blankets had holes on them. Eggs breakfast was undercooked and not enough for all the guests.

Where do I start. I rented this room for my daughter-in-law and my three granddaughters who were in the area for a visit. The online pictures made this place appear clean and secure. Unfortunately, I was not present during the check in and my daughter in law didn’t feel like her complaints would be addressed as the person at the front desk was rude and dismissive. Had I been aware I would have requested a refund. She was disappointed that the hotel did not look like the online pictures. There were multiple doors down the hallway that had wires protruding the electronic locks, which made it really difficult to get into the room. Once she got to the room she noticed that the AC unit was as old and didn’t work. They had to sleep with the windows open which was a problem as there were rats and drug use in the parking lot. While, I understand that Expedia can’t monitor every hotel on their website, I would at least expect them to update the pictures so that the buyer can beware. Will never rent here again.

We didn’t use the breakfast. Only used the hotel for the overnight stay. I think the electronic locks need updating. Room was clean but only enough towels for one. Not a big issue but noted to staff.

The room was clean, stains on the bedding fruit flies in the hallway that got into our room. While locked out in the hallway the staff let me in the room so i was on the fence weather to be happy or upset because they didn’t confirm it was my room. Also my family and i all got ready to get in the hot tub and were met with a cold pool of water… the breakfast was fine could be better if i was allowed to eat in my room other then that it way okay wasn’t horrible but wasn’t something id recommend
