“Amy is an excellent host and the place is fantastic! Lots of room, a great view, game room, hot tub, TVs, close to town but still secluded in the hilltops - a fantastic family friendly getaway. Highly recommended!”

“Wonderful little cottage perfect for a family of 5 right on the lake. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck and taking in the nature surrounding the cabin. Nathan, the owner, is super nice and the cottage is exactly as described. So nice to be on the main part of the lake and close to town. Highly recommend.”

“My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Rustic Ruby. The symphony of birds and other wildlife provided a relaxing soundtrack throughout our visit. The absence of the hustle and bustle of city life was truly good medicine for the soul. The Rustic Ruby's simplicity created a wonderful sense of peace, comfort, and security. We can honestly say that we will be returning in the future. We are confident that anyone who stays here will enjoy the experience as much as we did.Thank you for……

“Roxanne and her friends were very thorough, welcoming, fantastic and went beyond expectations in every way possible!”

“The cabin was great. Great views and very peaceful.”

“Beautiful home and amazing views; the pictures don't do it justice. This was the perfect house for our girls trip. The kitchen is well appointed (plenty of dishes, glassware, quality pots, pans, knives, baking sheets and tools) and we cooked in each night. The couches were comfy and the TV was easy to use. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds are firm but comfortable, but I would recommend bringing your own pillows if you are particular. The downstairs den and pool table was a fun……

“I want to say I have stayed at a lot of cabins and his was by far the best one yet. The rooms were clean and Haley our host answered me within two minutes of me asking a question. I would definitely recommend this cabin if you have kids.”

“We loved our stay here! Comfy beds, friendly host, and beautiful views!”

“This cabin is in desperate need for pest control the carpenter bees are everywhere that was all we could hear inside was the bees. Also theres a ton of squirrels living inside of the roof that was annoying to hear constantly. The cabin itself shook while walking, it even was shaking when my husband would move in bed. That was quite alarming and brought absolutely no comfort. The hot tub was appalling beyond filthy. The rim of it was covered in either mold or serious dirt. The water was so……

“This was a very nice, clean property and we really enjoyed our stay here. It’s also private/secluded which was another nice to have. The amenities were great inside and out, and the kids absolutely loved the outdoor slide from the main floor to below. On our particular trip (and through no fault of the owner), we had a power outage early on. It ended up being fairly brief, but it’s mentioned here because the host was very responsive, helpful, and consistently checking in to make sure things……
