Tv was difficult to operate and the bathroom door was off the tracks so it didn't close all the way. These weren’t deal breakers for us tho as we really just wanted to be walking around looking at stuff. The man who helped us check in and out was absolutely amazing, he walked us all the way to the parking lot across the street, and helped us load all of our luggage onto a cart. The free wine and chocolates were also a huge bonus! What wonderful staff everyone was awesome - knowledgeable, helpful, friendly! The rooms were so clean and spotless! Amenities were unexpected and welcomed: Sauna, Cold Plunge, Candy Store, Gift Shop, Ocean Front Restaurant and Bar All in One Location... we could walk from the ocean to our room in seconds!
