As a family with a 6 year old, we did not feel safe staying at this hotel. Upon arrival to the hotel, still in our vehicle we witnessed two very obvious drugs deals being made near the front entrance to the hotel. WE DID NOT STAY!!!!!! The hotel was not able to cancel our booking as we made the booking through you. I did attempt to call you (Expedia) directly however as it was an "active booking" I was unable to cancel the booking at the time. The hotel manager(manager on duty) was amazingly understanding. If at all possible we would appreciate the refund for this hotel, but as we choose our families safety over money, we understand if this is no longer possible. Thank you Nikki Nykyforuk

The room was clean however there were some things that need improvement on... Clean the AC unit, carpet had stains, bathroom sink was stained, dresser needed repairs. Bed was clean and comfortable, location was good lots of places to eat near buy, Breakfast was very basic. (Continental) Overall good for 1 night stay.
