“This is a great base within a secure compound. What let it down was inconsistency - I was asked why I didn’t leave the key when I went out for the day (it was needed to get back into the compound) No towels had been placed in the room so had to be requested - power plugs to t.v. Did not fit the power sockets so an adapter needed to be brought - T.v. Service card needed to be topped up before being able to access channels. room was serviced after 1st night but not 2nd. No water supply on……
“It was a pleasant stay. Especially since it was a last-minute booking and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my son and I. Would love to have my own remote for the gate next time I pop in. But overall, a neat little gem. Value for money...”
“Hotel was nice, although we were the only guests, which felt slightly strange. There had been a mix up and we got a double room instead of a twin but it was sorted out and we were given breakfast as an apology. Large comfy room and pleasant staff. We went to a nice restaurant within walking distance but the location didn't really feel ideal.”

Als Ausgangspunkt für den Addo NP ist es perfekt. 7 Autominuten zum South Gate.
Das Zimmer wirkt eher dunkel und die Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider hatten wir das kleine Appartement Richtung Strasse und konnten aufgrund des LKW Verkehrs sehr schlecht schlafen.”
“Expedia messed up I booked two got charged for three. The hotel room I booked had sliding glass door the I got was a small crapy room, tv didn’t work took two showers because it felt like something was on me. The outside wasn’t clean. And I had two room so yes not happy. And also very bad area had a few people tell me don’t be out walking around because the crime rate was very high, had an electric fence around it. Will not go back”

O atendente nos direcionou para outro lugar que fedia e com a agua que saia da torneira marrom. Voltamos para reclamar, ele queria cobrar outro valor pela mudanca do quarto. Negamos a pagar e assim sendo, nos mudou de quarto, que estava disponível. Nao entendi porque fez isso com a gente, que iriamos passar somente uma noite. ”

- trotz dreimaliger Kontaktaufnahme vorab bzgl. unserer Essensvorstellungen (aus Allergiegründen vegane Ernährung erforderlich) und erneuter Thematisierung bei Ankunft wurden wir zu einem Buffet geführt, an dem es nahezu ausschließlich Fleisch und Milchprodukte gab. Aus Verlegenheit wurde uns mit Brühe versalzenes Gemüse als Alternative……
