"This was our 2nd time staying at Coty and Logan’s. It is always clean and in the perfect location. Anytime we have had a question they are always quick to respond. Our pups love it too because they have a nice fenced-in yard and they always leave them surprises. Thank you both for another wonderful stay!"

"We rented both the downstairs and upstairs units for our HMT riding group. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 7 (could have easily accommodated a couple more people). The location was perfect for easy access to Bearwallow, fuel and food. Parking for our trucks and trailers was plentiful because of the big open area right beside the property. Paul was very helpful during to booking process and promptly replied to any questions or needs. I would highly recommend this property."

"Host was always very responsive! Had a couple minor things come up while there but they responded and fixed the issues right away. Kitchen tools/cookware could use some updating but we managed with what was there. Location was perfect for riding trails. Plenty of parking, we fit 3 trucks and trailers in and still had room. We enjoyed sitting on the comfy furniture on the porch and hanging out in the evening. Would stay here again."

"I gave a few items 4 out of 5 stars based on the following: Most people go to the area for trail riding. With that in mind, only street parking was available for trailers. My group was pushing the limit for size of the house with 3 trailers for 5 machines. The other issue was that we experienced several water leaks throughout the house due to heavy rains. The extent of the leaks told us that these were not new but likely present for a little while. While noticing the leaks, a vent hanging from the ceiling over a bed, looking as though it could fall at any minute was noticed. The owner was notified, and they acknowledged. However, no compensation or resolution was offered. Luckily none of the water leaks were directly over anyone's bed. With that said, interaction with the owner was pleasant. The house was very acceptably clean, and our group was very satisfied and comfortable with all the other features this house offered. It was a lot of decent privacy for a group of 10 people. I would rent it again, but I do hope the roof leak issues are resolved."
