“House was very nice. Only problem was 2 bedrooms had no internet. Which we just ran to walmart and got some google squares. But with a house full of kids with no tv to watch made for a long night. But we all got to fish and play cards. Swing on balcony broke on last day of the stay. Lots of geese walking around down stairs was fun to watch.”

“This is a very nice unit, very modern and exceptionally clean, just right for the two of us. The bed was both large and very comfortable and all the furnishings were top notch and in excellent condition. Even though we did not get to use the outside area due to rain, the location is great, right on the river with a seating area and firepit. Add in the fact that the complex has a secure entry gate, it is a first floor unit with parking right outside and you have the perfect setup for us. I would……

“Fishing, Relaxing in a cabin style home. The only issue was the constant barking of the neighbors 4+ dogs. The house is nestled in a wooded area and to get to the pier to fish you have to walk down a little bit to get there which was a little challenging for my mom with a bad hip. She found a large stick to help her get down and back up the hill. Even with that she had an amazing time because she was able to fish fish fish! “Very comfortable, clean home for our family. Being on the water was a must for us. Kids brought their paddle boards and this home provided Kayaks so the kids got to spend time on the water each day. Being located off the main lake but with plenty of water access really helped with not having a lot of bigger boat traffic in this area (of course summer time, peak season may see more traffic) Location was close to downtown and everywhere we needed to be for dining, groceries, recreation, etc. We……

“The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was beautiful. They have everything needed to cook and so many additional “extras.” They had an amazing amount of linens and beach towels. We had a little trouble with a couple things but Tom was extremely responsive and accommodating. Super game room kept everyone together having fun. “This property was so cute and clean! The location was perfect for us as it was close to the race track which was primarily what we were in Hot Springs to do. The surrounding houses in the neighborhood needed some upkeep- but we were prepared for that based on other reviews. The house was very spacious and had a huge fenced in backyard- great for littles to run off some energy or pets. There was plenty of space for parking as well. There were plenty of towels/ soaps/trash bags/ dishwasher……

“This little place is nice, didn't find out until we got there the owner is right next door. That was fine, grill needs to be located on the side of the people staying, we felt a little awkward going over to the side of the owner to grill out. The picture with the red chair is little misleading. Over all the stay was quiet, and charming.”

“Great trip… wonderful condo. Quiet. Comfortable clean great views of ducks geese and boats. Only negative for me was that the sheets were too hot and that voicemail to contact number was not returned. Neither of these will stop me from coming back though. The sheets are a personal preference and perhaps the message number can be discussed.”
