We couldnt ever change it ourselves. Called the front desk numerous times and never had anyone actually come take a look-they just said they will shut it off on their end, but it kept coming on and off on its own. We had the room fluctuate from 18c to 26c frequently so made sleeping impossible. Also our room was right below the kitchen area, so you constantly hear the screeching and movement of chairs right above your head - a very much annoyance that also made sleeping difficult. Beautiful spot. But things like this need addressing please.
