“We loved the location of our cabin with it being tucked away and beautifully quiet. The rooms were clean and nicely presented and the shower was lovely and hot! The only negative was that we noticed a smell of cigarette smoke in the bedroom with the bunk beds, so we left the window open most of our stay and kept the bedroom door shut.”

“The accomadation was perfect, clean and very well stocked with a welcome pack, very much apprieciated.The property was amazing, views and the walking trials scenic. Communication between the owner and myself fantastic. The area is very quite and parking is available right on the door step.Wildlife is abundant, birds, frogs and flora at every turn.”

“I loved staying at this cozy little cabin. It’s warm and welcoming with a comfy bed, and a surprisingly spacious layout. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was spotless and well looked after. The location was quiet yet convenient for our visit for a wedding. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.”

“We loved our stay at Houghs Cabin. We loved the well appointed cabin, the cleanliness, the quality of the linen and all aspects of it. The garden was a delight for us and our dog.Communication leading up to ourstay and also after we settled in was excellent.And such a peaceful and pretty aspect. We will be returning to do it all again. Thank you.”

“Positives: cheaper rates, easy check in, they allow pets. Negatives: bed/couch extremely uncomfortable. No hand towels/face washers provided. Not enough towels, tissues nor toilet paper supplied for a 5 night stay. Frying pan warped and unusable.”
