This was by far the best home we have stayed in. It was in the perfect location. Very quiet street but close to the pool. The home was spacious and being able to bring my dog was a highlight for me. The six seater golf cart worked very well for our family. We had one small hiccup with the stove when we first arrived but the owner, Byron, was absolutely amazing. He was very responsive and had the issue taken care of in no time. I just can’t say enough good things about this home and Byron. We have stayed in two other houses in Oceanside Village and this is the nicest one we've stayed in. The house was clean upon arrival and was well stocked with supplies including dishes, pots/pans, towels etc. The outdoor seating area was was a great place to hang out in the evenings with plenty of seating for everyone. The golf cart was in great shape and was very useful for getting everyone to the beach in one trip. Byron was helpful and responsive, answering our questions quickly. The only minor criticism we had was that the A/C had a little trouble keeping up during the hottest part of the day but that has been the norm for other houses we have stayed at in July in Oceanside Village and wasn't a major issue. The house has everything you need for a stay, especially the kitchen. The golf cart is a big bonus. They outdoor pool is close by and is great for kids and adults. We especially enjoyed sitting out in the carport and enjoying the cool breeze after the rain. The beds were very comfortable…the house had all the comforts of home. Byron is awesome to work with, we definitely plan to check out his other properties.
