“Good for kids. ”

“The location is convenient to Hakata Station. The lobby is impressive, with lovely books and interior design, and the music is tasteful. The staff are helpful. Unfortunately, the room we booked was 行政雙床房, 非吸煙房 (Episode 1, with Club Lounge Access). It is spacious, but it's on the second floor and faces the back of the building, so it gets no sunlight and remains very dark even during the day. The toilet is very small, and the shower curtain smells unpleasant.”

“Very good”

“The room is clean , staff is very helpful and nice. The location is good . Just a min walk to canal city and subway just right on the corner”

“The room is clean and provides adequate space by Japanese standards.”

“the bed was not very good”

“We need to spend ¥2000 to store your luggage after your check out. Never happened in Japan before and they didn’t say it before when check-in.”

“Excellent all-round. The location is great -- very close to the airport and to Hakata Station. Rooms are small but larger than in APA hotels in Tokyo. The staff in the restaurant where the breakfast is served were particularly friendly and helpful.”

“Best hotel in fukuoka”

“The location is so convenient and room is clean”
