Great ocean views

Our visit was great considering it was middle of April. The rooms were great and would stay there again. Just a short walk away from food and drinks. Short distance from CCU to be on the beach.

Beautiful stay

Could not have ask for a better experience from beginning to end. Room was very well put together and the owner was so helpful. The location was perfect walking distance to many things. Pools were great and the view from the balcony was perfect.

Car Show/Beach getaway

Stayed here for a car show (right across the street) and to enjoy the beach! Condo was just as described, clean, well equipped and close to everything. Beach and pool area was wonderful. Ample parking. Comfy bed. Will stay here in the future!

Nice stay

Amenities were great. Would have liked to have more floats available for the lazy river, but many were being used in the pools. Great location- easy access to the beach and walking distance from stores. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect

Aside from the neighbors smoking this trip was beautiful. I was able to have wonderful honeymoon. Waking up to the ocean and able to just walk a small way to be on the beach was wonderful.

Beautiful Unit, Fine property

Our end of winter week in MB was lovely, including this property. Unit is well decorated and has what you need to stay for a few days or a few weeks. Only complaint is the couch is quite uncomfortable for reading/ TV viewing and the shower head could use an upgrade. The building is a very basic high-rise motel style and a bit run down, but they are in the midst of some renovations. The property owner is also point of contact (very rare from what I heard during our stay) and she was great to work with- very responsive and friendly!

Weekend Downtime

The condo was as nice as the pictures and the other review comments. Front row balcony view of the sunrise Weekend Jeep Jam beach drive. It was a clean and nicely decorated place to return after time on the beach and seeing the local sites. Great meals at Sara J’s and Drunken Jack’s. Wonderful weekend relaxation and downtime.

Very nice unit.

Unit was spacious and well appointed. Had everything we needed and you can't beat the view and soundtrack from the ocean breaking right outside the slider! The murphy bed in living room provides a great wake-up view. Plenty of parking (we were there in early October though).

Myrtle beach escape

This was our second trip to Myrtle Beach. We were happy to find this lovely condo with a view of the ocean. It was a clean and comfortable unit which had all the supplies needed for our week long stay. Phyllis was a very responsive host. Thank you Phyllis for the wonderful week. We hated to leave. Wonderful week

fit our needs to a “T”. King bed was comfortable after each night of southern gospel concerts. To be able to make breakfast in a well equipped kitchen was a delight. Parking was very convenient and available, even when coming in at 11pm. Owner answered promptly any and all questions. Highly recommend this condo.

Myrtle Beach Getaway

We had such a wonderful time at this place. Inside was beautiful and it is directly on the ocean!! Pools were clean and grounds were kept up nicely. The best part was how easy it was to communicate with Phyllis. She was so prompt in getting back with any questions. This was a very easy process. Thank you Phyllis!! Extended Weekend Getaway

Extended weekend getaway on the beach. The apartment was clean and you can tell it was recently renovated. Plenty spacious for two people. I like that it had a separate living room with it's own TV and AC unit. The couch was comfortable with taste decorations. I would suggest installing a fan to offset the AC usage. If I one running I could turn on the fan and blow the cool air throughout the space w/o turning on the 2nd (just a suggestion). The location of the building is a bit sketchy. My neighbors were young adults who like to smoke funny cigarettes on the balcony, which kept us inside at times. Overall the apartment was comfortable and would recommend.

Wonderful getaway

I booked this for me and my wifes 33rd anniversary getaway. The host was wonderful to work with and we had easy communication with her. Upon arrival we knew we had booked the right place. The room was clean and ready for us. The view was excellent. We enjoyed the sunrise from the balcony. We encountered no problems with the room, and their was plenty of towels for the entire weekend. We will book this again.

Great time!

We had a great time! The location was perfect! The only downside is that there are only 3 elevators for the entire building. Made for a lot of congestion which was hard to maneuver with beach stuff / luggage. We had a couple hiccups with our keyless entry code not working and with the linens but Phyllis helped resolve them quickly. Will definitely stay here again!
