Welcome into Magnolia Pointe 4887-103- located at Myrtlewood Golf Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom, first floor Myrtle Beach condo has incredible views of the lake from the patio!

As you make your way into this beautiful unit - you will first see how spacious it is! With the oversized kitchen, large dining area, and comfortable living room The living space area has a large flat-screen television and a comfortable seating area. The kitchen here is fully functional and stocked with all of the necessary utensils, cutlery, and appliances.

The primary bedroom comes with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and flat-screen television. In the second bedroom, there are two twin-size beds with an attached second bathroom. In the second bathroom, there is a stand-up shower. You will find it all at your beautiful Myrtle Beach condo at Magnolia Pointe.

While staying at Magnolia Pointe, you will have access to many wonderful amenities. There are on-site pool/lounging areas, barbecue spots, walking trails, free Wi-Fi, and private parking areas. Magnolia Pointe is an established community that was built in Myrtle Beach twenty years ago.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. Everything was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The place is well stocked and has pretty, beachy decor. Loved the screened-in porch. Parking is a breeze... practically right in front of the unit. Would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

A wonderful stay

This property was fantastic! It was very quiet and relaxing and we had a great view of a fountain from our screened in patio for our morning coffee and breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Long weekend getaway

Family from Seatle were visiting at their time share and we needed a place to stay. Location on this property is great. Not far from the beach or all the hot spots but far enough so we didn't have to deal with all the crowds either, a good balance. Exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Easy communication with owner. Would book this property again if we need to be in the area.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay! We were there for 7 nights and it was perfect the whole time. It was very clean. Doug was incredible to work with. He answered me immediately every single time I had a question. It was my first time using vrbo so I was apprehensive and asked more than I normally would . The King bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed.

Exceptional property and location

This is my second year at this condo. We’re a large group (32) of golfers from all over the country. I share the condo with my buddy and enjoy the very well equipped kitchen, upgraded master bathroom, and beautiful location. The screened patio opens to a beautiful lake with a 3/4 mile walking path. The community pavilion is perfect for our group get togethers after a day of golf for awards, drafts and just sharing time together off the course. Its location offers easy access to lots of very good restaurants and the airport. Highly recommend!
