“We had a good time in Sa House. Sa and his family are all friendly and enthusiastic. Rooms are all clean, and foods are also good here. Next time if we come back Bac Ha, we will stay Sa House again. ”

“Hotel is new (only two years old), so everything looks new. Good WiFi, elevator available, firm bed, quick hot water, strong water pressure, helpful and polite staff, nice lightning setup, big fridge, internet TV, safe,quiet. However, no restaurants close by, no recommendations for anything from the hotel, unclear bus routes, lack of information about transportation to different parts of the province. So, it's inconvenient for travelers without private means of transportation. ”

“At check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that it’s paid for. They won’t give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. At checkout, we were asked to pay for our room again! On our insistence, they let us go, as I said’ we paid for our room when we booked! Nice hotel, but the insisting that we have not……

“None of the listed amenities actually exist. No pool. No spa. Horrible location way out on the edge of town. On the positive side, the girl at the front desk was very helpful. She helped me get a train ticket out of Lao Cai. I was going to stay three nights but left after one. Also the bed was nice and comfortable after a few weeks of hard traveling. Oh, and there was supposed to be a free breakfast but there was no cook so it consisted of a cup of really bad cold coffee. Unless you just……
