“Wj verbleven hier 3 nachten met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (5 en 8). Ontvangst was heel goed. Receptioniste was vriendelijk en servicegericht. Ook tijdens ons verblijf was zij altijd bereikbaar en gericht om het verblijf van de gasten zo prettig mogelijk te laten zijn. Onze kamer, inclusief badkamer en kamervloer, was schoon en dus niet met een franse slag gedaan. Wij waren hier erg content mee gezien wij waarde hechtten aan een schone omgeving. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien zoals……

“很糟糕的體驗，打掃清潔並不確實，不到非常髒但就是不乾淨。第二天晚上房子沒有任何熱水，在很冷的阿姆斯特丹是非常痛苦的體驗，在WhatsApp上反應後，對方表示無法立刻協助要等到明天，我們必須自行在廚房燒熱水放到浴缸裡面洗澡，非常克難。然後千萬不要使用洗碗機，裡面有洞水會漫出來⋯ 有天回家發現大樓門口有一組客人，他們顯然並不知道需要先線上繳城市稅（我也是入住當天詢問已完成線上CheckIn但為什麼還沒給密碼鎖，對方才給我連結）提醒要來的旅客要時刻注意自己的信箱。”

Vond het niet erg schoon, maar dat is subjectief. Als je niet zo goed ter been bent, is het trapje naar de wagen onhandig en de instap in de bedstee erg hoog. Ik heb hele fijne dagen gehad, die me brachten wat ik wilde: heerlijk tot rust komen. Tip: restaurant de Boathouse, erg lekker en gezellig!”
