"Clean and modern hotel that is a short walk from Nakatsugawa station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast at the hotel had a decent selection and was delicious. The public bath was extremely clean and much appreciated after the walk between Magome and Tsumago. Not a complaint, but ..."

May 25, 2019Staff made one large mistake: a replacement pocket WiFi was shipped to us by vendor but delivered to wrong building at hotel address. Staff failed to communicate with each other so we did not receive it despite several inquiries by us.
