“A very old and worn-out building. Musty smell. Wobbly floorboards. No air-con. I was hassled twice to move my motorcycle to an inadequate parking place, even though I had booked an apartment with parking. The receptionist behaved a bit oddly, putting pressure on me to but her a drink, which was uncomfortable. I booked two days, but left after one. In quite a good location to walk along the sea front. Swakopmund is a nice town.”

“The Apartment is amazing, and must be one of the best on the beachfront. Easy walking distance to the Beach, to the Tug and Jetty Restaurants and to good bars. “We only stayed at the property for one night as a stopover between tours. The place is nice and very conveniently located within walkable distance to the few sights there are to see in Windhoek, and some restaurants and coffee shops. I got e-mails with two different unit numbers so there was some confusion at the check-in which one was the correct one. Also, the electric meter was not "filled up" so the security person had to contact the property manager to do that in order for us not to run out……

Booking was made for 3 guests, bedding was only provided for 2 guests. Requested additional bedding, only duvet and pillows delivered at 9am, no sheets. Give this property a miss if you want to avoid frustration and poor service. ”
