Everything was perfect about our stay. Fully equiped kitchen, clean and spacious suite, great size balcony with scenic ocean views. We enjoyed bbq night out on the balcony. Pool was at good temperature (not too cold, able to walk right into it) with beach towels provided upon request. Communication with the front desk went smooth as well. We will definitely come back for our next visit to Parksville.

Location was great. Easy access to Rathtrevor Provincial Park. The pool and hot tub was great. The accommodation was very well laid out. Nice finishings and loved the patio. I do wish that there was black out curtains as my kids were up with the rising sun. Would stay here again but bring something to cover windows. I recommend staying here.

This is the second time I've stayed here. This resort is beautiful! The staff is amazing and over the top helpful! My room was clean and shiny, and the bed was very comfy! I can't say enough good things about this resort. I would definately recommend this resort and will stay here again!

The property was great, the living room and kitchen were very big. We did alot of our own cooking. Still lots of restaurants and stores near by. The shower supplies were fantastic, I might need to purchase it. The pool was good but if you are looking for a quiet while sunbathing its not a spot for you. Lots of kids which was fine with us. If we wanted it quieter we would just go to our spacious balcony.

This resort is an absolute gem! The place was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. This is a dog-friendly resort; there are doggy bags and garbage receptacles for dog waste on the grounds. The view of the ocean is spectacular, and the walk down to the beach is easy, but on a very slight grade. The resort itself is beautiful with great walking paths, a pool, and a gym. I would definitely stay here again.

The townhome itself was very nice, very clean. But staff at the resort were not very helpful. We stayed there for two nights. Every day the pool was out of pool towels. We went the front desk where the staff was no help. They told us that housekeeping was in charge of the towels. When checked out, the front desk staff member told us that management would be contacting me but it's been a week and I have not heard back from the resort.
