The room was good. The property is outside of town so you need a car. The beach access is limited depending on tide times. They do not clean your room while you are there. But it is a quality room for what is in the area.

Everything was perfect about our stay. Fully equiped kitchen, clean and spacious suite, great size balcony with scenic ocean views. We enjoyed bbq night out on the balcony. Pool was at good temperature (not too cold, able to walk right into it) with beach towels provided upon request. Communication with the front desk went smooth as well. We will definitely come back for our next visit to Parksville.

Location was great. Easy access to Rathtrevor Provincial Park. The pool and hot tub was great. The accommodation was very well laid out. Nice finishings and loved the patio. I do wish that there was black out curtains as my kids were up with the rising sun. Would stay here again but bring something to cover windows. I recommend staying here.

The suite was clean although there were several deficiencies in the room. One of the living room lamps was missing the on/off switch. The fireplace was missing the remote control. Upon acquiring a remote control from the front desk, the fireplace did not light or work (no pilot light or?). The living room furnishing were sparse and could use some additional pieces such as a foot stool and an additional side table or comfortable chair. Or perhaps something with some better ambience like a plant or similar?

Clean room, fantastic staff, plenty of parking, lovely pool and tub. Lovely room and cupboards full of utensils for your stay with a kitchen. Definitely going again in September! And great price for your stay.

It would be nice to have ac in all rooms. As if you opened the window for fresh air it was very loud. Also the beach is further away than expected. A restaurant on site would also be nice. Pool and hot tub was nice.

I travel to parksville once a year from North Saanich. Have stayed many times at this resort and it’s a very enjoyable stay. Rooms are clean, staff are super friendly and the pool is great. This trip we didn’t enjoy the hot tub as the jets weren’t working but really enjoyed our stay.

This is the second time I've stayed here. This resort is beautiful! The staff is amazing and over the top helpful! My room was clean and shiny, and the bed was very comfy! I can't say enough good things about this resort. I would definately recommend this resort and will stay here again!

There was a parking and a pool to enjoy with this warm weather and beach nearby. We had our 2 year old grandaughter with us and she had fun. BBQ at our patio.

NO where near ocean view. NO coffee shop or restaurant on the property. Our view was looking over a trailer park in the bush. Definitely bottom of the line room. When we said we booked through Expedia she gave us the impression of “ too bad” Tried to get moved but it was $500.00 more a night and still no ocean view. No beach, all rocks. Small rock pathway to the ocean is all down hill at the very end of the property. Not good for anyone with walking problems. When you do get to the bottom there are stairs with huge slippery rocks to get down to shore line because the stairs are too high when tide is out. No maid service, had to go to the front desk and ask for coffee pods everyday for morning coffee. Kitchen was a joke, nice dishes if they weren’t cracked, chipped or broken. ( only 2 of everything including cutlery.) Bathroom also has a cracked sink from top to bottom. Pool and hot tub were clean. This property is not as described and we were very disappointed.
