“The Inn had someone drying shoes/boots in dryer during the middle of the night. We addressed this with staff the next morning & they said laundry room locked at 10pm, which was impossible. We know for certainty that the noise keeping us awake was definitely boots/shoes in a dryer. The people above us, who we felt were local residents (maybe staff) renting at the Inn, were extremely noisy throughout the night. The room appeared clean but had really dirty curtains & a candy wrapper on floor……

“We were just heading home from fishing and had a cooler full of frozen salmon that needed a fridge. We found this motel when we searched for a kitchenette. The online photo looked nice full fridge somewhat updated it was good. Then we got there….. our room was NOT the room in the photo. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, you could only lock the doorknob (not the deadbolt) from the outside, and the stairs going up to the 2nd floor did not seem sturdy at all. "Excellent location right next to the harbour, just about 15 minute drive to popular spots like Neck Point Park and Pipers Lagoon Park. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were helpful even though I arrived a little earlier than the official check-in time. Parking was in reserved spots within a public parkade, but the hotel had its own dedicated elevator, and there were plenty of parking spaces set aside for hotel guests. The room was clean, and the AC kept it cool enough to handle the hot summer days. The ocean view from the room was a nice touch."
