We stayed for an anniversary trip for the weekend . The king room with the balcony was very nice .Breakfast was ok - fresh fruit , yogurt and nice fresh baked muffins , We liked the water in the lobby , coffee and tea and bikes . The hotel was very walkable to restaurants and shops . We would recommend it .

Beautiful property. Well maintained with a super, helpful staff. We stayed on the third floor in one of the property's hotel houses without an elevator. Stairs were narrow and steep. Very dangerous for older travelers.

Very convenient location. Breakfast was very good day 1 and good day 2. Tables and courtyards were lovely. Not as much maintenance of coffee bar in our building but we made it work. Rooms were extra clean and we'll appointed. One room on 2nd floor was a bit tight to have a suitcase. Would definitely stay again.

The Inn was charming, well located and clean. However, we didnt realize our room was in the basement, was wet & musty & occupied w spiders (pics available).Online info was misreading. Bikes were available on site, however they were not inspected prior to loaning them to us. I found out the hard way, when coming down a hill and couldn't stop. My brakes failed & nearly caused a severe accident. Overall, the Inn itself, was charming excluding the basement and bikes!!!!

The front desk girl was extremely personable. The hotel provided bikes, beach towels & beach bags. They also served a light breakfast, muffins, coffee, etc. It was within walking distance of town and Jetties and Children's beaches, yet off the beaten path. We loved our stay here and look forward to coming back again!

John and Kara ROCK IT! Thank you guys for the hospitality and the amazing service delivery of excellent! It’s a blessing to feel part of a family unit and not just “a guest.” I am home here and can’t wait to see you again. The property was beautiful, clean and staff were quite helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful! Delicious smoked salmon, fresh fruit, yogurt and lots of great choices of baked goods. The chocolate croissant - delish! Close proximity to town, lovely garden setting with a nice veranda, and seating areas outside. TONS of great restaurants in walking distance from casual to more upscale. Brant point lighthouse nearby, tons of lovely shops at the wharf. Loved the hotel, loved Nantucket and will definitely be back!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Would not recommend the Chapman house upper floors for elderly as the steps are narrow, steep and hard to navigate, but what a beautiful historic building!!
