Very cozy and newly decorated in beach themes. New bedding and linens. Enjoy the heated pool and lanai as the dolphins swim by. Bring your boat or rent one for your stay, great boat dock. Easy gulf access to enjoy the ten thousand Islands for fishing or fish off the dock! Large lanai to enjoy the outdoors. Grill with large umbrella table. A large super comfy sectional in the living room with a 70inch TV. Great for entertaining. Island is very private and quiet with low traffic. Great local eateries on the island.

Love the lanai!

Great property with pool and water access on the canal. Loved the integration of indoor and out door space with the huge sliding glass doors leading to the screened in lanai and pool.
